UniEVANGÉLICA along with five other Higher Education Institutions signed on November 30th, a document that makes official the International Education Network of Goiás. It is a consortium constituted by universities in the state for experience exchange and the development of internationalization.
The event took place in Pedro Ludovico Palace and had the presence of Governor of Goiás, Marconi Perillo, the Rector of the University Center of Anápolis – UniEVANGÉLICA, Carlos Hassel Mendes, the International Academic Coordinator, Prof. Marisa Espíndola and the representative of the other Higher Education Institutions which take part in the consortium.
It’s going to be very important that, in all of our international missions, we have the presence of at least one Rector who is part of the International Education Network of Goiás so we can make partnerships, said the governor Marconi Perillo.
The proposal of union of the Higher Education Institutions of Goiás was originated in the University Center of Anápolis, which has a consolidated internationalization process and became a role model for the development of international research, projects and actions.
The universities which take part in the International Education Network of Goiás are: University Center of Anápolis – UniEVANGÉLICA; Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás – PUC; Federal Institute of Goiás; Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Goiás, State University of Goiás and Federal University of Goiás.
The protocol of intentions of the International Education Network of Goiás was signed by the governor Marconi Perillo and all the Rectors of the six education institutions.
