MEDICAL STUDENT FROM ARGENTINA IN UNIEVANGÉLICA

Wellerson Sabat Rodrigues studies Medicine at Instituto Universitario de Ciencias de la Salud Fundación Barcelo, in Argentina. Currently on 11th semester of the course, during the months of March and April 2016, he spent a period of six weeks, in the International Academic Mobility Program of the Medical School of UniEVANGÉLICA, as a Medical Clinic student.

For him, the support of the two educational institutions was critical to the success of the experience: “From the beginning, since I have shown interest and I was selected by my institute to receive this opportunity of academic mobility, the International Affairs Center of UniEVANGÉLICA and my Faculty made all efforts to make this project to have a positive conclusion.”

Wellerson said he planned to take the lessons learned from UniEVANGÉLICA to Fundación Barceló. “It is an exchange of experiences,” he says. And for students who are interested in studying in this Argentine educational institution, he gives a hint: “It’s a college with opens doors if the student is interested. There are several scientific research projects that are conducted by the University. ”

According to Nadia Mariel Farias, Support on International Affairs at the International Affairs Center of UniEVANGÉLICA, “the most important for us is to offer this opportunity to our students, and also for students from other countries who are interested in coming to Brazil”.

Wellerson’s mobility occurred thanks to a partnership between the Association of Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean for Integration – AUALCPI and UniEVANGÉLICA, which enables the conduction of academic mobilities with scholarships in the associated countries, and he is the first student to arrive through this agreement.
